Hubballi-Dharwad (West) MLA Arvind Bellad has ridiculed, Congress party’s protest in New Delhi, the Congress party leaders including CM Siddaramaiah, DCM DK Shivakumar and all the MLAs of the ruling Congress party gathered at the Jantar Mantar to protest protest over the tax devolution and grants-in-aid to the state.
